1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Clipfound, including this website and, once available, the Clipfound application. By joining the waitlist or using Clipfound, you agree to them.
2. The service today
Clipfound is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist reserves your place for early access — it is not a purchase, and no payment is collected at this stage. Once the product launches, subscription terms (pricing, usage limits, billing) will apply as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
3. Your content
You own everything you upload to Clipfound and everything Clipfound generates from it. You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload. We only use your content to provide the service back to you — see our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Clipfound to process content you don't have the rights to, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or for anything unlawful.
5. No warranty
Clipfound is provided "as is" while in active development. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but clip suggestions are generated automatically and should be reviewed before you publish anything.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and let you know by email if a change materially affects you.
